Shipping & Handling

When will my order ship?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed with Economy or Standard Ground shipping will ship within 1-3 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We deliver via Australia Post services when you choose the Economy delivery option. The Australia Postal Service delivers packages Monday through Friday. Australia Post delivers packages to residential, business and post box addresses Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Orders sent by Express or Next Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. We recommend that you check if Australia Post offers Express or Next Day delivery in your location and allow additional time should this service not be available in your region.

Orders placed for next day or express delivery will arrive the following day if placed before 10:00 A.M. EST, with Friday orders scheduled for delivery on the following working day. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day or Express delivery option, however we cannot guarantee it will reach your destination next day. We do recommend if you are placing your order outside of these hours to allow additional time.

Fab Tutu Gift Cards and Fab Tutu Offers are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Please note: orders greater than 15 items are not eligible for expedited shipping (2-Business-Day, Next Day or Express Delivery). If you have concerns regarding this policy, please contact our Customer Service Representatives via the contact below or at orders@fabtutu.com.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! Just go to the Track My Order page on this link and enter your order number.

My order has been shipped but i still can’t track it. How can i find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you’re still unable to track your order, please email customerservice@fabtutu.com.

Where do you deliver to?

Australian Deliveries

For deliveries within Australia, there is only one charge per order, regardless of the value of your order, with a maximum 15 items per order.

Standard delivery orders to most central cities should arrive approximately 2- 5 working days and 5- 8 days in regional Australia. If you have requested express or next day delivery, parcel should arrive next day if order was placed prior to 10.00A.M. EST the day prior. Customers should also check if next day delivery is available in their region at Express Locations (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) to ensure that you are in the express post delivery region.

International Deliveries

Orders outside Australia will receive parcels in approximately 10-16 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Postal charges for international air freight will be AUD$39.95 for up to 2kg. Should the order exceed this limit, we will send as many items as we can fit in the parcel and contact you with details for any remaining items.

Will I be charged customs and imports duties?

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices for further information.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes addresses?

We can ship parcels to PO Boxes requested via Australia Post Services only. Please keep in mind that you will need to collect the item in person from your local Post Box during business hours if the parcel is too large for your post box.

Is my postcode eligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery?

Most Australian post codes are eligible for Express Post Delivery, with the exception of some regional regions. Please click this link http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html for a list of Express Post Delivery locations.

Unfortunately, International deliveries are not eligible for Express Delivery, should you require any item sooner than stated delivery time please, contact us for details on Express Delivery options and costings.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm. This will all depend on your local postal services or courier services.

What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbor if you leave a note at your door with your name and signature to do so. Depending on the circumstances and your local delivery driver, if there is a safe and secure location at the property that they are familiar with they may leave the parcel there for you. Again this will depend on your local services. The postal delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

If you or a neighbor is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location and document the process. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier or postal centre to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you. 

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the stated delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
