How do I use a Gift Card on an online order? 

To use your Fab Tutu Gift Card towards an online purchase, enter your Gift Card number and PIN (found on the back of your Gift Card) on the Order Summary and Payment Review page at Checkout. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain on your Gift Card. If your order total is more that the balance on the Gift Card, you will be directed to pay the balance on the way through Checkout. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed when using Express Checkout.

I received an eGift Card in an email. What is it? How can I use it?

eGift Cards can be redeemed towards any online purchase. To activate your eGift Card, you must be registered and singed into ‘Your Account’ at FabTutu.com. After you’re signed in, just click on the link that appears in your eGift Card email. If you can’t click on the link, cut and paste the link into your browser. You may also enter the email address to which the eGift Card was delivered and the eGift Card number on the eGift Card activation page in ‘Your Account’. When activating your eGift Card, make sure your email address matches the address to which the eGift Card was delivered (it does not have to match the email address in ‘Your Account’). Click on Apply in the eGift Payment section at Checkout and the entire balance will be applied to your order. Please note that eGift Cards cannot be redeemed when using Express Checkout. If your order total is more than the balance on the eGift Card, you will be directed to pay the balance on the way through Checkout., order cannot be processed until the balance has been paid. If your order total is less than the balance on your eGift Card, the remaining balance will be applied as credit on your eGift Card. Your final eGift Card balance will be visible at Checkout or you can check your balance anytime just by signing into ‘Your Account’. eGift Cards are not applicable towards Mobile or Express purchases.

How do I use a promotional code? 

Once you've reached the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the 'CouponCode' box, enter the correct code and click 'GO'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!

Offers may require purchase from a specific range(s), and do not apply to Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Shipping or Taxes. Offers are valid only whilst stock is available. Please see specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification.

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

What should I do if I've forgotten to use my promotional code? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed.

At the top of each page, you'll find different categories like "Tutus", "Sets" and "Accessories". If you click on a category, you'll find that it's further divided into different sections in the drop down menu and on the left-hand side of the product page. Each section contains a series of products that might interest you. To find a product quickly, just type a keyword into the search box at the top of every page.  

Where can I find sizing information?

Size charts are located in each product on our website. Links to specific size charts are also provided on the applicable product pages throughout. Please view our size guide.

How can I find out more information about a product? 

If you can't find the information you need about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us below or email contact@fabtutu.com and we'll try our best to help you. Don't forget to check the Product Description, Additional Information and Product Tags for more information on each product.

Will you be getting more stock? 

Our popular items can sell out quickly as we are all about the latest fashion trends. You can browse our Back In Stock section to see if the product has come back in stock. If this is unavailable why not look for an alternative in our Just In section. Please contact us below with the item code and/or name and we will let you know if we will be getting more stock in your wanted item!

Why can't I find an item that was advertised? 

Our advertised products become very popular and sell out quickly. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us below or at contact@fabtutu.com and we'll try our best to help you.

I am interested in selling your products in Australia or overseas. Is this possible?

 What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty manufactured item. Please email us at order@fabtutu.com stating the order number, and further details of the issue. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you and direct you on the process.

Please note that we can only exchange items on the basis of an item being incorrect or faulty manufactured. Incorrect or faulty items will be replaced with the original item ordered. If an item is incorrect or faulty, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of the parcel delivered to the customer and we will direct you on how to send the item back. Incorrect or faulty item(s) will need to be sent back to our warehouse within 7 days from date the customer received the parcel.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Australia - Free of charge if customer follows the returns procedure. You must contact our office as soon as you receive your parcel to inform us of details and we will organize a ‘Returns Authorization Number’ for you to send the item back to us at no extra cost to you.

USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Europe/Rest of World - We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your product return or product refund (if the customer is not able to choose an alternative item in the event that the original item has sold out or no longer available) to you as quickly as possible. It may take up to 21 days for your replacement item to arrive or for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not received your item(s) or been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please order@fabtutu.com with the proof of postage and tracking number information from your Australia Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.

How can I track the status of my return?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have sent your replacement item or processed your refund. Kindly note that if we do process a refund it can take 3 - 5 working days for the payment to show on your account, depending on your card issuer.

Do you refund the delivery charge on returns?

We will only refund the postage charge if you have contacted us and we have given you a ’Returns Authorization Number”. If items have been sent back without contacting us regarding the delivery charge the customer will be responsible for the charge.

Will I receive an exchange or refund for the incorrect or faulty item returned?

We will re-send the correct item if the item is still in stock at no extra charge. Should the item not be stock or sold out, we will offer you the choice or an alternative item or process a refund for the item.

What should I do if I accidently ordered the incorrect size or color in the item?

We cannot refund the item for you due to incorrect selection. We may be able to exchange the item for the preferred size or color only if it is in stock, however the cost of postage will be paid by the customer. You will need to contact us as soon as you receive your parcel to discuss possible options.

How do I exchange a gift?

Received a gift that doesn’t fit? We may be able to exchange the item for you if the item was purchased within the last 14 days along with the payment receipt. If we are able to exchange an item, the cost of delivery will be paid by the customer.

Customers will need to contact us to see if we can exchange an item for them. If we can assist a ‘Returns Authorization Number’ will be stated along with return details. Please read our Returns and Exchanges details for further information on our policies. Unfortunately, gifts purchased on our online store cannot be refunded.


What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have not logged into your account in the last 18 months, it may no longer be active and you will need to create a new account. Also, remember that usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive.

Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us below if you continue to experience problems.

How do I change my email address?

Changing your email address is easy! Simply log into your account using your old email address, and click on 'Edit Email Address/Password' under Account Details. Once you've made your changes, press Continue and your changes will be saved.

Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?

Firstly, make sure you have keyed in the correct details by checking all information carefully. Contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us below with details of any error messages received and we will investigate further.
